SPLATTER PIGS

It's funny how accidents turn into discoveries, like potato chips - the world's most delicious accident. With a plain white piggy bank, I planned on painting a few colors and glueing puzzle pieces onto it, but I didn't like how little color it had so I kept going with the colors. I loved the splatter colors and put the puzzle pieces aside for another time. The darker blueish splatter pig is for myself and the brighter splatter pig is for my best friend as a going a way to college present. I hope she likes her splatter pig, she'll need to penny pinch to survive college.

I have a lot of ideas and colors that keep leaking out of my brain, like snot except I don't want to wipe my nose because I want the ideas to keep flowing! I've been painting with acrylics a lot and will eventually post some paintings.  I want to get into different mediums and try new things to start the new year. I plan on making sculptures with clay, dabble with water colors, more acrylic paintings, making retro dolls, and mucho mucho more!

RAUNCHY RATS + CUTIE PIE!

When I doodled this my mind felt kind of blank. I was frustrated with artist's block, until I just didn't think at all, and let my hand move by itself. The very first thing I drew, were the eyes, and I was going to draw a girl being a fairy princess. Instead my hand took a different route and created a monster. Filled with excitement that my artists block vanished. I love the irony in this doodle. I've always loved drawing monsters and ugly things, so when I discovered the artist "Alex Pardee," my brain did back flips when I checked out his amazing illustrations. I feel inspired to draw every time I browse through his work. I highly recommend people with a thirst for bright colors and monsters to check out his work.
I'm going to make more like this with a short and sweet title on the shirt. If anyone has any feedback on my art, I'd really appreciate your opinion.

This is an idea about Walt Disney's rat children growing up and struggling to make a name for themselves in today's mainstream pop culture. The media saw whimsical joyful rats, but in reality they have secrets. When they were showered with attention and admiration whenever showing up to a parade or acting in one of their toons, no one can see their problems hidden underneath their smiles. When they aren't working on the set of one of their toons, they are out getting into shenanigans. In case Walt Disney rises from the grave himself, I'll say this now incase someone tries to sue me, Mickey and Minnie mouse belong to the Walt Disney company, and this a parody of them created by me. It's not a super serious idea, but I'm thinking about making parody's of the other characters and some comic strips if I have time.
RAUNCHY RATS IDEA

If you look closely on the upper left corner, you can see some doodles behind this page of cartoon hands with gloves. I'm currently working on a flamboyant version of Donald Duck, that I think will make people's heads spin!

BLAH-blitty

Hello! This is my first ever blog entry. I'm hoping that this blog will be a fun experience, and motivate me to improve and create more artwork. Stay tuned, once I get in the zone and put up some art, your eyes will weep with joy. Until then I'll post this, a gift for my dear friend Rico Villalobos and my smoking caterpillar doodle.
